Re: Jan Laurenz got an Alto. The new age, kind of pastoral tunes he plays remind me of André Pelat's tunes, and he seems to have the same finger technique. He should really record a cd.

Re: Jan Laurenz got an Alto. Don't want to hijack this thread, but I got André on phone yesterday, and he's pretty excited, he just ordered this summer a brand new "XXL Stick" on SE  I think I'll visiting him later during the winter to see and play the beast

Re: Jan Laurenz got an Alto. Not at all, I really mean XXL, because he ordered a Grand Stick with ACTV2, two MIDI pickups and 4 extra high frets on the melody side (he need that to play his classical pieces)

Re: Jan Laurenz got an Alto. I like the way Jan Laurenz works with tempo. Glenn Gould and Vangelis comes to mind as where I have heard that skill before.
