This is video of me playing Killer Joe as part of a jam session at the Dirty Dog Jazz Cafe in a suburb of Detroit. Enjoy.

Nice! I love that place. It's a really nice jazz club and they have good food in there as well.

Big credit to Peter. We've been meeting for lessons regularly with very measurable progress. But having never tested his jazz side, this was very brave. Sitting in with "the cats" was bold.
Congrats on your musical development and non intimidation attitude

Excellent, Peter! I saw this yesterday but got too busy to say "Atta boy!"

I'll have to check this place out. I can't believe I've not heard of it before.

And congrats on rocking it out jazz style, Peter. You're my fearless hero!

Adds: http://www.dirtydogjazz.com/ There's apparently a Dirty Dog Jazz Café Pandora radio channel as well, if you're interested.

And here's a video on renovating the Dirty Dog, from their website (I horked their YouTube link off the page and embedded it below.)

I'll have to check it out!

Thanks for all of your kind words. I was happy to be able to play competently and be a good representative of the Stick community.
Those guys were really good and it was a great fun.
