Mike Thanks, Mike! I really appreciate the kind words, and yes, I have every intention of working towards "Solo" Stick. I just am finally at peace with the fact that it is gonna take as long as it takes to get any good is all. High praise, guys! Being mentioned in the same sentence as Yes or Kansas just made my day!

Re: A tune for y'all...
Mr. Scott, we need more power in the engine room..... I'm giving 'er all she's got Captain...if I push 'er any further, we'll lose the hyperdrive, we'll then be reduced to space truckin'....
I echo Mikes comments, solo Stick is where its at dooder. For me, personally ,I like to hear the Stick alone....not to diminish what you are doing; I think you've come a long way in a year. But Scotty, keep the solo Stick stuff going. How about the covers you discussed in an earlier thread? Bang some of those off for us!
I'm all about playing the Stick as a solo instrument so I don't have to rely on any wankers getting in the way of my shit, plus chicks dig it. (I said chicks, and I promised not to say that anymore)....... er', um,..ahhh.....ladies that have a honed musical acumen.....
cheers, ray darr

Re: A tune for y'all...
lol Kev, you're the best! haha I will definitely continue to torture this board with my Stick work; Slowly, but surely I will strip away all of the other instrumentation in my tunes until it's just Stick and drums... I have an absolutely gruelling practice routine, so yeah, probably in about a decade or so the way I am going lol
