Re: Virginia Splendore Sadly, there is some very tragic news regarding Virginia. I don't have any details, but I'm sure we'll hear more shortly. I always found her playing very sensitive and to the point.

Re: Virginia Splendore Reports are that Virna passed away yesterday. She was a very sincere and sweet person. I always felt a closeness to her, a deep down friendship. This is a shocking development, indeed. She will be missed.

Here is the news taken from a local italian online newspaper: http://www.napolitoday.it/cronaca/virginia-splendore-morta-rieti.html(for those who do not speak my language, it says that she cut her throat inside a car, and left a letter in which she said about the intention to suicide). A very sad story. A very big loss. RIP.
