Post Re: Tom Petty 66 and gone
The morning of the day Tom Petty died, I was watching the George Harrison documentary on Netflix, and Tom Petty was being interviewed about the death of Roy Orbison (which pretty much ended The Traveling Wilbury's).

He said that someone called him to tell him about Roy's demise, and "the very next call was George. He told me - I don't know if I should tell you - he asked me "Aren't you glad it's not you?" I said "Yeah I guess I am", and George replied "Roy will be all right".

Well, that evening it was Tom's turn. I guess Tom will be all right.
