Hi everyone - Sean Stirling from Seattle here -
Two Grand Sticks were just delivered to the same household in Clunes, New South Wales, Australia. Here is a video of the event.

It's not a pro production - I had to find a few programs in my Mac to patch together to get this - Skype, GarageBand, Soundflower and some Quicktime and such. It moves around a bit at the beginning (I was checking to see if things were working properly) - but it does settle down and is a wonderful moment that this family from Clunes wants to share with the Stick Community.

Caalen Lloyd Breese who's been tapping his basses and guitar for years getting ready for this moment. Caalen's mother Mandy Breeze - who's in the video - is a great folk singer (with six children who are all musicians). On to the video. This is great. I remember when my first stick arrived, it was a combination of excitement and relief. It was an ebay purchase at such a deal I was concerned I was getting screwed but the seller came through! My second stick was new and arrived a work in Boston, it couldn't have been more out of place in one of the cities largest investment firms. I couldn't wait to get it home to figure out what to do with the 2 extra strings

Hey Caalen - I think "Let's Go Jam" should be the thought of the day - or the week - or the month That was the perfect finish to this video.

I want to again thank you and Doug and Mandy for letting me a part of this amazing experience. I've been very lucky in the Music Biz and have done a lot of 'firsts' in my time - but watching this double Stick moment happen from the other side of the planet was the best 'first' of all of them.

I'm looking forward to seeing what you and Doug bring to the Stick Community. Now everyone's watching so you guys have to definitely produce. I'm heading out now to go jam with some Seattle musos.

With the growing stick community in Australia (especially NSW)
it'd be great if you want to come down to Sydney for a multi-stickist jam sometime soon. There are a few of us around, and i personally would rather enjoy a jam attack.
