Hey, a last update before the final countdown! (remember this cult song?)

There'll be not so many students as expected, so it allows me to organize some group teaching with Jo Ruffier (groove and comping), and some individual course with Jim Lampi. Not so bad, uh?

Apart from that, I expect some good attendance to the shows I organize, so a lot of "ignorant" people will have a nice introduction to the Stick. I'll let you know, videos may come at some point...

For the ones who may decide to come at the last minute, feel free to get in touch with me, I've some convenient solutions for free-lodging at home.

how was the weekend?

Incredible, just incredible... Three shows scheduled : my own duo on the first night in a bar (with some jams with Jo and Jim), an outdoor gig with the same percussion player and some "jammers" and a final gig on Saturday with Jo and Jim, each accompanied by a drummer, friend of mine. Jim Lampi did an awesome job on stage, perhaps the best "stick performance" I've ever seen
My pinky says me that Jim would come here again sooner than one think of...
I'll upload some photos very soon on my own Myspace and the AFSTG's one, and write a review too... And yes, you didn't ask but... I've some videos (I didn't see them, I've prefered sleep today) , and a couple of friends have recorded some tunes too. I'll upload them too, but leave me a couple of weeks
Incredible extended week-end, can't wait for another stick mini-fest here!!!
