Such a great backstory with Jim, I felt lucky to ask him about his duet album, North, with bass extraordinaire Michael Manring. I was so impressed when he pulled out Steely Dan's "Jack of Speed" while we were casually talking about setting up the podcast too - big respect for Jim Lampi.
