Hi everyone! Hope all are well, safe, and healthy

Like pretty much everyone else, I spent the last two months in some form of isolation which gave me time to do some things around the house. One of those things was to get my home studio going. So I was able to get a modest version of my vision in place considering space and funds. At any rate, I was able to churn out some recordings.

One of the tunes is called Articulo No. 5. I play Stick,E bow bass, and fretless bass against a tabla loop.

The next tune is all NS Stick with MIDI and my friend Corey Stano providing the voice. It's called "The Rhino and The Oxpecker".

Obviously inspired by Quodia ...we are working on more material with additional voice talents.

This next tune is just an improve jam that my friend and band mate in Jupiter Groove, Ralph Gray, and I recorded at his house this past weekend. His wife is working from home now so I went direct into his soundboard and he went direct with his Roland V-Drums..we donned earphones and just started playing. I took the tracks home and mixed them using Waveform 10. It's all one take.

When you play musical instruments the amount of time you have for listening to music
narrows. Sure you can just have stuff playing in the background or in the car but 'listening'
is different. I put this Bandcamp site in my "Artist" file. What I do is put on music and draw.
I sit in the sweet spot, one part of my mind is occupied and the other listens. A better way
to say it would be "the other travels"...

It's so heavy, I definitely feel something when I hear it - fear. A gnarly stage for the Stick - good job.

I really like the sound of the Stick. My mind says "Turn it up!" But then you wouldn't dwell on the stories that if I had children I tell them to scare the bejeebuz outa

So Jaun, I'm getting itchy for an E-Bow or Eaon. You use it on bass - does it work on the Stick?

I like your tone you’re getting. How did you you track the stick and did you send your files to be mastered? The recording sounds great.

Forgive the late replay please! I tried e-Bow on my 10 string poly but the results were less than stellar. The NS on the other hand, works fantastically!

I tracked the NS direct in stereo through an interface ( I believe it was a Presonus ioStation 24c). I mixed it all in either Logic or Waveform. I did all the tracking, mixing, and mastering myself. Any and all synth sounds were tracked using the NS's Roland GK2 and the Roland FC-100.
