Post EHX SYNTH9 y'all progmeisters!-DBRO
EHX never ceases to amaze me with their creativity. The SYNTH9 follows in their B9, KEY9, keyboard pedals getting great vintage sounds ( they even have one for the Mellotron) with an instrument requiring NO special pickups or MIDI.

I was really blown away by this demo and I hope you are too. some real highlights were at 2:00 Peter Gabriel, 4:00 Parliment Funkadelic and 10:00 Keith Emerson. looks lke a lot of fun and cheaper than trying to buy the originals ( if you can still get them to work! )

enjoy, take care and la da dee, da da da, la da da! :)

Wow, wow, wow, wow! And of course, not on sale anywhere that I can find yet. But I can't believe I want this so badly! What a great demo!

Here's the webpage at EHX:

Such fat, awesome analog-synth sounds! Very impressive!

Adds: comments at the Youtube video say it's out in March!

I'll have to do that. Your C9 sounds really good. I've heard a bunch of the EHX harmonizers that just sound amazing. I'll have to tell Steve Oz to order or save me one, whichever, when they come in. i always forget that Steve sells all this stuff.

And of course the, The Big Muff: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Muff. Such a historic pedal! And they have so many good ones. http://www.ehx.com/products/big-muff-pi

Thanks DBro, for the tip!

He doesn't order many, he sometimes gets their cheaper effects in, I'd expect you'd have to order one through him, doubt he'd stock that one unless we show him enough people are interested.

I'll send him an email about it tomorrow and ask him to get me one. The organ and Fender rhodes simulators are cool, but I can play those on keyboards. I'd love to be able to rock those huge analog synths sounds via Stick strings. I couldn't believe the sounds from the demo. Just really fat and tasty.

The same company also makes a Mellotron pedal which kills it if you want that "I Am The Walrus" Beatle, or Moody Blues thing. It really nails the Mellotron which was a pre synth keyboard which mechanically played actual tape loops of strings, etc.
