It's the 6th, Tap Theory is now live! I'm really excited and nervous to present this. When I stopped doing Stick Science, the frustration of making a video had far outweighed the satisfaction of it. I was an angrier person at that time in my life, and I've worked to let much of it go.
Getting this all ready was fun for me, even the frustrating parts. Making the videos was fun again, for the first time in 2 or 3 years, and this time around I want to offer even more.
Here's my introductory video:

Josh, Good to see you are putting forth these great materials. I have ALWAYS benefited and soaked up ALL the info on your past videos. Let alone, the rich understanding that you have for the instrument, you presented the material in a fun, useful and easy way for all to understand. I DO miss those old videos and your insane humor.... That was part of the great experience of watching those older videos. You will have a lot of success in this new endeavor, and all of us who undertake playing this instrument will benefit from your work and presence. Best Regards!
PS.. guthrie govan is a monster!!

Hey everyone, thanks you so much for your support! To celebrate, I'm going to spend today playing the 20 Song Game, and you're invited to join me at whatever capacity you want.
The 20 Song Game is a great way to bust yourself out of a creative rut and write the rough drafts for some of the best music you've ever written. Basically, you take 12 hours and you write and record 20 brand new songs on the spot. You probably won't get to 20, but you will silence that obnoxious inner critic that tells you that everything you write is bad. Afterward, everyone involved can post their music up online and we can have a big internet listening party. Post the links in the comments below!
I'll be live streaming some of my process today too, so tune in on Facebook and we can hang out while I feverishly work on music.

I thought it was really cool to see the animal that is Josh in his natural habitat doing what he does. Did you find that with he camera on, and some idiot constantly texting you about Yngwie and Scotch that it was easier or more difficult to create? Lol I will comment less on your next ones, but I am always watching, dude. I always watch, and I always comment.
I love your creative bent, and the fact that you create "riffs" as opposed to noodling over a chord sequence. And that fuzzed out 'nasty' tone was fun to hear.

The 20 Song game sounds awesome! I'm busy working other stuff this weekend, but I've been following your live Facebook now and then. Great stuff! Wish I had the time to play along! Rock it out!

Many thanks Josh, for your resurrected teaching technique, now "Tap Theory". Your facts are "on the mark" and your presentations are novel and always engaging - a great way to learn music on tapped strings or on any instrument for that matter.
One thing tho, I'll have to send you a new set of strings "on the house", the least I can do to reciprocate.

Hey Scott and Paigan, it was awesome to have you on the stream for a bit. Always super cool to get to interact with other Stick players in real time. You guys gotta play with me next time I do a game, I think I'm going to start trying to host bi-monthly games for Tap Theory. Of course everyone here is invited as well.
And Emmett, I can't think of a bigger endorsement than a glowing go-ahead from you. I only with every Stick player could see how you feel about it. I could certainly use a new set of strings though, that's for sure!
