I suppose that at the end of the day, playing a tension-rich chord like that is pretty difficult in only the LH or the RH, "two-handing" it is most likely the way to go if one wants to get all of the notes of the chord in there. Then again, the RH thumb combined with the LH on the bass side could build a 5-note chord if one were so inclined, eh?
Heck, add a 'D' and an 'F' to that and you have an A Harmonic minor scale. Add a D and an F# and it's an A Melodic minor scale (jazz version, ascending/descending the same).
