Ahhhh.... Yes!!!!

My new 12 String Grand, Padauk wood ( a beautiful rich color!) arrived this Tuesday past, and it is a beauty! What really impresses me is the quality of workmanship and obvious love that goes into making this instrument. Not only is it a fine instrument but it is also an object d'arte!

And Video! Note: NOT as impressive an edit as Rob lol! 1 camera, 1 person (me!). Backround music is from my previous band, Red Eye Flight... I was on drums.

Very exciting. Same feeling from our youth at getting that gift we dreamed of.
Can't wait to see it at our next skype rendezvous
Congrats.

Post Re: The Eagle has landed!
Thanks Guys! Admittedly my video skills are limited lol, about like my Stick playing.... yikes! I am making some sense out of the mysteries of notes and chords everywhere, music theory and how it relates so beautifully to the Stick (Thanks Steve - skype lessons are h-u-g-e!), and shifting from 10 strings to 12. After 10 months of playing, light begins to dawn on yonder shores! I am finally understanding some of the more subtle nuances, but I need about 12 more hours a day of practice! And going over theory too.

Hmmm, not sure what you mean Boaz. The second fret on both of my sticks (with the same MIDI setup) is the same, no involvement specifically with the GK3. Perhaps someone with more experience using MIDI can help us both out??

Many thanks to Emmett, with whom I spoke briefly after receiving my Stick, and Cambria, for her diligence in getting it out to me!

Thanks for checking out the video, the pictures, and sending compliments my way. I absolutely LOVE this Stick!
Now, I gotta go practice!

I think he meant damper on second fret....that little black felt stuff, which is usually on Midi sticks
