I'd like to take a moment and say how much I love my ash Stick. The porous feel of the open grain and the beautiful waves in the wood. When I order another one, you better believe it's gonna be ash! Dyed purple. mmmmmm

My Warr is swamp ash... nice. I really think it's a perfect wood for instruments.

Anyone had a chance to compare the sonic impact of Ash vs Bamboo? My Bamboo SG-12 keeps impressing me every day and I'm wondering; can Ash be as good? Ash indeed looks great.

Oh man... I love ash! I have several basses with ash bodies, it's just a fantastic looking and sounding wood.
Besides, when you're surrounded by vampires, it's great to have an ash stick available

Emmett has stated in the past several times that the wood is basically cosmetic, though, hasn't he?

Sure looks nice, regardless.
