File sharing sights?
Can anyone recommend a sight where I can drop aiff or wave files and someone can get them for mixing?
free would be great but a nominal fee would be fine

I use Dropbox. They will offer you 2GB for free, after that you pay. There is also Google drive which will offer you 15GB, on top of which you can share out specific item level documents or even folder. This is free with a Google account.
Having a Google account has been pretty amazing over the years. Hangouts, Drive, contacts, calendars - not to mention email.

I think there is some cloud-space available for Win 8 and OSX/iOS as well. Something in the range of 7GB+

Re: File sharing sights?
I've recently used http://www.wetransfer.coma lot. Maximal size for a free account is 2 GB. When your partner has downloaded the file you receive a notification by email. In the past I have tried Dropbox too but every time mysterious incidents occur where receivers of my files, through Dropbox, are not allowed to open files in an editor. This has happened to both audio files, video files and plain image files. It's just as if there is some file water-marking going on at Dropbox that is not mentioned on their site or manual. For this reason I restrain from using Dropbox to send files to someone else.
