Has anyone here ordered from StickMusic.com lately? I purchased Bob Culbertson's "Lessons on the Stick vol 1" almost 2 weeks ago and have not received any word on it yet. I tried emailing StickMusic, no respnse and called the phone number on the Paypal receipt, not in service. I certainly don't want to cause Bob C any trouble with Paypal, I just wanna know where my DVD is.

DVD finally arrived today, almost a full month after I placed the order. Not the fastest service in the world but at least I got it. It's a great video for beginners but I think most of y'all already knew that.

I ordered strings by phone call about a week ago and they showed up here yesterday as expected. I recommend using the phone for ordering because then you can get immediate accurate information on stock, delivery time estimation etc.

What phone number did you use Per? The one that Paypal had for them is disconnected.

I think you are mixing up Bob Culbertson's www.stickmusic.com and Stick Enterprises.

You are correct Brett. I figured since it was a Bob Culbertson video, I might as well get it straight from the source. It took a while to arrive but was well worth the wait and I've already learned a lot from it. I've never had any problems with the Stick Enterprises site and usually order my stuff from them over the phone just because every one at SE is so nice to talk to
