Melodyne's "Direct Note Access" feature
On the heels of threads about the loudness war and "perfection" in recordings ruining the music, I wonder what people think about this program's new feature.

Have a guitar chord that you wished was recorded as minor instead of major?
Change notes within chords. Fix the notes from that string you left out of tune before the recording!. That is pretty cool. Not only can every recording be "perfect," but every TAKE can be made perfect.
It isn't spontaneous, but WOW that's a way to make a polished recording FAST.
