Glenn, do you know what period he used to play with Peter Murphy? Wonder if we can find some live extracts on YT. |

I knew that for a long time, but didn't succeed in finding any audio/video about that. Maybe Guillermo Cides or Diego Souto may have some information but I don't know if they come here on a regular basis. Maybe ask on this Chapman Stick Facebook group? |

Those Accus amps are quite easy to find in shops, I should give them a try. For "big" gigs, I play a SR Tech Jam 400 for bass (low end is... epic) and a Roland JC-40 for melody strings, but I just bought a small two channel amp, Headrush 108 that I should be able to pick tomorrow for small... |

I remember that there was a map here on stickist.com last decade or even in older times with some members who liked to be located. Too bad this feature is no more. |

I found the idea of acoustic tapping instrument really appealing, but from the videos loaded on Youtube, I found the sound not so good : too much "fingers noises", as if the strings were quite high from the neck and the musician has to tap strong to play notes. I'll pass. |

Still digging, and found this track featuring some Chapman Stick played by maestro Marco Cerletti (his album Random and Providence is one of my fave, period)

Unknown to me! Great if you love the excessive 80's vibe I guess... Thanks for sharing BTW. |
