Hi all, I am in the process of some web reorganization and recently added a page of "releases" that I've been part of over the years. This is a living page that will undergo more updates in the coming weeks but, for right now, I have pages dedicated to my "121normal" release as w...

He may have written it with the Stick in mind but he didn't record any Stick on that first Gabriel record.

Plus he's been known to swap from time to time in lives shows (i.e. play "Sledgehammer" on bass one tour and then Stick the next). I've seen him play "Solsbury Hill" on both.

Killer video. The tracking he's getting is amazing. I have been using a GI-20 along with a Roland XV-2020 sound module but honestly, I have just never warmed up to the Roland tracking and looked at just about every performance like opening a box of Cracker Jack (you never know what surprise awaits y...

I have a collection of these that have been used...

Hmmm ... I dug around some more and it looks as though there is some universal disagreement (among equally notable sources) over what a hemiola actually is. So ... never mind.

Is the four-bar faster tempo section intended to be a hemiola (3-against-2)? That's not exactly what a hemiola is ... is it? My understanding of a hemiola was always ... for example ... a feeling of 3/4 over 6/8 or vice versa. Something where mathematically the times still line up. I think what you...

Congratulations on the execution of a successful workshop Jeff. I can say with some authority that it is very gratifying to wrap up such a weekend. Nicely done to you, Greg and David.
