Only 64 views, that makes a gem like this criminally underlooked! Ahh well, whattaya do,eh? The bass part reminds me a bit of a transposed "Ain't no Sunshine"; I've been jamming on it all day so far! hahaha I got a bit of a percussive bit going along with your riff, even learned your solo ... |

Cool post! I find that the instrument is a lot easier to play if you treat it as "one note after the other" and not too much polyphonic action happening... In that setting it works great as a sort of instrument that would work nicely in an ensemble context, particularly if there is already... |

You know, I don't know Gene too well, but there was a recent thread on the faceweb that contained a bit of the "vs" mentality... It looked like the thread could get ugly, but Gene posted on there anyways. Pretty much the "voice of reason" that seems to have resolved it. So yeah, ... |

I have stolen your riff this morning and have been messing around with it. Any ideas on a title for this? Or is the song gonna be calle... |

Bob Culbertson dvds are great for beginners Greg+steve are more intermediate Agreed; I wish I had gone over my Culbertson DVD's before doing anything else, but hey all good I went over 'em a lot this summer. Really good stuff in there. Steve A's DVD is a lot of fun to watch, kind of like the Stick ... |
