Boy, that was nice to listen to - and in very stark contrast to what's acceptable to play at a "corporate gig" in America. Thanks for sharing. |

Kris, thank you; that looks fantastic, but it's out of budget and too big for my needs at this point. I'll definitely remember it as a contender for the future. Thanks again! |

Good point, Brett. I'm looking for something versatile. I would like to have something out of which I can get a nice clean, natural Stick sound, and then turn around and get a few good lead tones without having to use 5 different foot switches. (For now. Greg suggested a DOD 240 (nice little 4-into-1 line mixer), but I haven't been abl... |

Once again, thank you, Greg. Too bad I can't find it anywhere...except one online store which wants to charge nearly $20 to ship it. ($20 for a 3-lb box? Outrageous.) Now I'm thinking about a Line 6 Spider IV 30-watt amp to sit on top of my Ibanez Soundwave 80 bass amp. I'll ask for opinions on a se... |

Thanks, Ken. I'm glad it's rig-related and not pickup-related. And thanks to a supportive wife, who has told me that I need to go searching for a "workaround," my search for a small, inexpensive, yet decent-sounding guitar amp begins. GEAR! Oh, gear, how you ensnare us all ... oh, how I us... |
