Y'know, I mostly play my 12-string, but DAMN!! I love my Railboard. I JUST about tried to sell it in a moment of weakness, but thankfully I priced it so high that no one would touch it.
lol Can't go wrong though, I bet every model of Stick is insanely cool. |

I have a small mixer in my pedal chain. It's got a headphone output for private playing, and it travels well. Added benefit is that the mixer output only needs one input on whatever nearby amp is handy...at the Vancouver seminar this year, two other attenders and I were able to all plug into a sing... |

Hey Scott , to whet your appetite , here's a couple of shots from Spain, Boaz giving the thumbs up. Lots of different rigs in place , all adequate, the music and the people were the key. Around the dining room table late at night included such legends as, Guillermo Cides ( Spain) , Youenn Landreau ... |

Yeah, I'll just bring my iPad and an interface for the Stick, then I can headphone it. Who knows, maybe I'll find something better... |

I'm just curious what you guys all do with the Stick at events like Interlochen or Free Hands, or any of the other ones... Are there a whole ton of practice amps there, or do people just have personal ipad type rigs for doing their thing or what's up? I'm curious to see people's "portable pract... |

I would also recommend Preston Reed, though he has taken tapping a bit further than the averge guitar tapper. He's pretty good, but in a Kaki King sort of way. (Not that that's a bad thing) I am of the opinion that Stanley Jordan and Adam Fulara are WAY "above average" guitarists... I che... |

Stanley Jordan video on tapping is a good starting point, also Partyzant and Adam Fulara... Youtube 'em, they rock! Also, might as well look up Steve Lynch, Jennifer Batten and TJ Helmerich (TJ is wicked!) As a guitarist who kind of tried the same thing, I STRONGLY recommend piano lessons. I know no... |
