 If you play very soft, she'll hardly hear anything. But if you play at a normal volume, I think it's pretty boring for the person you've at your side (everytime I play like this, everybody prefers I plug the Stick into the amp than hearing "cling cling cling" ;)

Hey guys Sorry if the question may have been dealed on this forum, but I'm a bit lazy to search... I'd like to record some decent tunes on my iMac. I'm recording through Garage Band, the Stick direct into the computer. I'd like to purchase some audio interface that enable me to record the stereo ima...

I experimented something funny in those busy crowded places like that. When you play a lot on dynamics and sometimes plays very soft, people tends to talk softer too (and the even may listen to the music)

Over the years and back as far as the late '70s, I've made close to 50 Sticks with higher frets, sometimes going all the way across the fingerboard width and sometimes just under the highest 2 or 3 melody strings.

Best, Emmett.

The only audio file I found is here : http://www.tonefrenzy.com/effects/stick_enterprises_patch_of_shade.html But it doesn't give justice to the device. I've got one in my hands a year or two ago, and tried it extensively with my gear. It's a very special pedal and IMO is very efficient in a rig wit...

The only problem is a general loss of volume on the melody side, as the pickup must be increasingly lowered away from the strings as the frets go higher. This adjustment is exponential as the fret distances to the pickup decrease, so the less extra frets you order, the louder the melody side. right...
