Yep, Logic is fast. I have a workflow with it that I can create quickly even though I have the attention span of a squirrel (Especially with Guitar). I find that on Stick, I have less of a desire to 'record' my performances. I'd rather just perform my ideas and score the ones I like. Stick is like a... |

You know, I tried mirrored fourths for a few months and really, really liked it. Finding notes, sight-reading, playing scales, very easy especially since I have a good understanding of guitar. But some things I didn't like. I felt boxed in due to a tendency to 'position play' and my left hand was ki... |

Well, I will try it out and see if I like it. It literally just has to function in such a way as to a) function as a headphone amp of sorts and not sound like dogshit and b) outperform my Apogee Jam going into my iPad (Which works really well actually) Really long startup time on the H4n? I wasn't a... |

Logic ProX, cause I have been using it for years, and I know it inside and out! I'm pretty familiar with Cubase/Nuendo, Digital Performer, Reason/Record and Reaper also. Those are the ones that come up the most in projects around where I live. I might pick up a current version of Protools this year ... |

All really good ideas, but I think I'm gonna either go with a Zoom H4N channel thing 'cause it has to be small and transportable, plus I want to be able to record "lesson and jam" audio. That Steinberg Interface looks cool too... Y'know, I haven't bought any new gear since I got my Stick? ... |

I Bought every piece of instructional material made for the instrument, plus tons not made for the instrument, studied with Steve Adelson via Skype (and will study again), study with a pianist and an accordionist, torture the people on Stickist regularly with dumb questions and shitty videos and I p... |

Hey, thanks for checking it out! And thanks for the kind words! The riff is a tricky little R58va thing that has a rhythmic thing in it that's quite a challenge. It's a practice thing that will evolve into something a bit better I hope. I run each side of the Stick into it's own Boss GT100 (Yep, 2 m... |

Dudes, thanks for checking out my work... Hey, Sacro yes, I love that tune, and that version is my favourite (The Donny Darko one!) I stole this from Kev-C who says he steals everything from Tipton! Learning this one taught me a lot. Mike, I can play it with alternating fingers on the repeating note... |
