Big credit to Peter. We've been meeting for lessons regularly with very measurable progress. But having never tested his jazz side, this was very brave. Sitting in with "the cats" was bold.

Previously I announced bass legend Jeff Berlin will be performing at LBJF. We now worked out an additional set for Jeff to do a clinic. Open to the public and free.

Our Long Beach NY Jazz Festival takes place September 14-17. I just confirmed bass master Jeff Berlin to this year's roster. We will probably jam a bit as well. Very cool.
