Hmmmm - I wonder if it was my post that started this? :) Actually I have had issues selling outside the US. This has happened over a course of years, not just recent. Basically what it comes down to is not having the time to track down and deal with problems and products thru non-US entities. It can...

I've decided to put my Purpleheart 12 string Grand (The Grid), s/n 1411 up for sale. It has the Stickup, fret rods, adjustable bridge, truss rod, flaps, round pearl inlays and the cutout for a GK pickup. Originally this instrument had a GK but I moved it over to my other Stick. The holes are already...

I typically run the Stick into a Rane SP13 preamp. The SP13 then goes to an M-Audio Profire2626 firewire interface. This is usually connected to my MSI GT725 laptop running windows XP SP3. Once it is into the computer I have several options as to what I want to do. I'll typically run it into SAC (So...

I use a 2" wide holster belt - made of pretty stiff nylon. It's still felxible, just not as much as a typical nylon strap. I've also purchased belts from this site: http://www.strapworks.com Pre-made nylon belts and parts to make custom belts, harness, etc.... they don't have the real stiff nyl...

I've never wanted to prance around the stage the way a lot of musicians do - it's just not me. However I do groove in my own way. Think 'economy of motion' I move around a little, swaying a bit, etc. Move the feet some too. It's actually a good thing to move as it keeps your blood flowing redu...

When I've boiled them in the past it was just plain water. You might want to use distilled if your local water has too many minerals in it. Not sure if it would cause any issues or not. You could boil the non-wound strings - but you wouldn't gain anything unless they were really filty. When you boil...
