Very nice presentation! I've been meaning to do the same with the signed copy I bought back in 2020. Although, I never considered splitting it open like that. Do you mind if I borrow your idea? :) I don't mind at all. However, this was not split open. It's a printer's proof of the album cover and c...

I attended the first Interlochen workshop, the one Emmett attended. I was standing in the right place at the right moment when he offered some of these. This is a printer's proof of his Parallel Galaxy album. I recently decided to have it framed and put on the wall of my office/music room. emmett - ...

That was really nice, Greg. Before I listened to this I imagined how you might arrange it and I was not disappointed. With a simpler melody it seems like the challenge is to make it interesting over the full arrangement. You certainly did that and it made me want to listen to it again for more detai...

I'm very sad to hear this. I had the pleasure of meeting Emmett once and I'll always be grateful for his vision and contribution to my life and the musical world. I haven't played my Stick since my heart attack but I will today and remember.

I think that @EricTheGray will be there, though I haven't heard from him in a while... Hi, Steve. Unfortunately, I will not be at Interlochen this year. I had a heart attack a few months ago and I have not recuperated enough for travel. I am very disappointed by so many things about this, one of th...

I’ve been using a drum throne too. I noticed that I wasn’t leaning back in my office chair anyway so I thought I’d try the throne that we already had. They are pretty portable too. I have one that is shaped more like a saddle than just a round one.

Welcome! This is a nice place to get started on a very interesting musical journey. There are several players with similar goals, like me. What wood and pickups did you order?
