So I watched the video. And then I tried grooving with the metronome on beats 2 and 4. It's hard. But it kind of clicks after a bit, and it wasn't that difficult unless I started thinking about it, like when you're jogging up a flight of stairs and you suddenly try to actually notice where each foot...
