Knowing where the frets are located is simply a matter of practice. Some musicians can see where their fingers strike an instrument, but still cannot make a proper sounding note. At the end of the day, it is your ears that determine if the proper sound is coming out of an instrument. I play keyboard... |

I first heard the Chapman Stick in Maui. Michael was playing it, at the Banyan Tree park. I bought some of his CDs. Later on, I bought a Stick. https://chapmanstickmusic.com/store/

If I can't be somewhere, I often go to Google Maps and type in the location. Then, there is a little golden guy in the lower right side of the screen that I drag and drop to the map location. https://www.google.com/maps/search/Brooklyn+Ice+Cream+Factory/@40.7028619,-73.9943979,17z?entry=ttu A photo ... |

I often play with both hands on the Melody side or both hands on the Bass side. Think of playing with both hands as an extension of your reach to the note that you are looking for. I don't read music. I listen and play. At first, finding the notes takes time but eventually my muscle memory takes ove... |

Acuradio is an app I use to listen to music I like. Since a couple of weeks I can hear a stick player. Easy to recognize the sound of it. And when I looked at the screen of my phone I always see the same name. Who do you think it is? Greg Howard? Bob Culbertson? Earthgene? Lee Vatip? Michael Kollwi... |

Lately, my Railboard has been popping and clicking . The problem was associated with the pickup connector. This can be very distracting when trying to compose. Tonight, I took the pickup cover off and inspected it. The connector has three gold contacts in a row mounted to a circuit board with SMD co... |

There's got to be a free app for that? https://youtu.be/eiGh5zThn6Y I've been using an Audio Spectrometer app for my latest project. http://www.rotarywoofer.com/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotary_woofer I'm trying to create very loud earthquake sounds as part of a stage effect. https://youtu.be/m... |

I found a few more DigiTech Vocalist Live 5 videos. One video explains the operation and the other is an example of using it. I've used this gear for many years and it's a lot of fun. It's used to alter the sound of your voice and provide additional backup vocalists for effects. It's used to keep yo... |
