It really is gorgeous isn't it.

Can I ask what gauge strings you have on it, given the high res pic from the side, it might help me to discern what diff gauges will be like. I've been heavy since 2007. I'm thinking of getting my second stick next year and a gold railboard at that.

Damn straight!

I can remember how powerful DeMerle's presence was in the drum community, way over in little Hobart town, during the late 70s. Well, that was my personal recollection of it.

SO looking forward to coming back to these recordings. Thanks to everyone involved.

I don't see the point in learning this song unless you're going to play the changes.

Think more like a keyboard player and get both hands around this. Compass bass in this context is totally unmusical will ultimately hold you back.
